I would rate this app (and support) as 5 stars except for a video problem that seems to happen on some Hausa models (especially my Hausa P20 lite). The video is skewed and the camera picture is only black and white. On my older Hausa Honor 5x it does work. Support was helpful and initially thought there must be a problem with the first camera, so shipped a replacement. Excellent service. I then found the same issue, so attempted with my older phone which was OK. Support offered an alternate Hausa phone as an option for me but as my older one works, I had that option available to me anyway. Excluding that issue, the installation was straightforward and with both my phones the remote quickly launched the app and video. F1 button also launches Google Maps which is a nice touch. If you have a license plate cover you may need to modify it a bit or leave it off. There is only room for the plate in the area immediately under the camera. For me this is still good value for money as any other system needs to be more formally wired in, and I am not adept enough to do that in my car!

I have been using the app and the product for a couple of weeks 1st it took 3 trys to get it to load on my phone 2nd app has crashed serial times 3rd the video feed is not always live. A few times when backing up after I stop the video is still indicating that I'm still backing up. Overall I like the convenience of having it. It is simply to use. And very simple to install

Every time this app updates, you have to re-pair your camera again to the phone. This latest update unpaired my camera and I can't get it to re-pair. I've spent countless hours trying to get this to work, and it still doesn't. Don't waste your money on this camera.

I received look it as a beta tester, first of all the camera did not work, no Bluetooth detected at all. There is an activation button behind the license plate holder, in the guide it did not say you nee to press it 4 seconds to activate the camera, I tried to use an Iphone and on the app there is a warning that asks you to hold the button 4 seconds but not in the android app. So I struggled with the Bluetooth. When I subscribed to the beta program I gave my name email and phone number, but I never received any email from the company. They stated that I should report any bugs and my opinion and fill in a survey, but then no link, no info on that either, and this is why I am writing this review here. I tried the chat help after the opening hour, and what I got a robot telling me how can I help, but nobody was there actually, the chat was active but no response. They should at least say try another time during the day.
