Five stars for the music alone! There are some awesome 16-bit bangers in this game. Gameplay wise, it is a good supplemental idle game to add to your phone. There isn't much reason to spend more than 5 or 10 minutes at a time upgrading your character. You need to engage for a bit longer as you clear levels, albeit passively after a certain point. The ads are optional. Unfortunately, the length of them are disproportionate to the rewards given. So too are the paid options.

Update removed my 30-day speed pass. Fix it and ill change my rating. Also it sucks when you do an update that causes this issue and the update was only for you to put more ads on the page. No game enhancements, just going the way of drowning us in ads for microtransactions, the lack of which was one of the few reasons we liked this game. you're flying too close to the sun here.

Why put time gated things in the game? Can't we just have a game to play without artificial limits that can be skipped with money? 30 minutes to recharge enough to do a run that takes 2 minutes? no, thank you

Man, you developers had me enjoying this game until you decided to put up a paywall. As soon as I was having fun, you're like, Nope, gotta wait for a timer to refill unless you want to give us money. Give us half rewards or something but let us play your game freely, and I'll buy your junk with cash if I feel it's worth the investment. One star.

While the game is fun for a mobile game, it sets a bad precedent, requiring the game to be open and active for keys to replenish (you consume a key to play a level) and chests to be unlocked. No other game is this Draconian and for that it gets a 1*
