The App is not updating the bus route as well as the status. Kids were dropped at home at 12.00 PM. The app shows still at school. In plain words the app is not fit for purpose.

This app was provided as an upgrade to Safetrax. 1. ETA is wrong always. Always 2hr+ahead of local time zone. 2. Does not support concurrent user/ device for single mobile number for guardian usage. 3. Received notification of all buses on route.
