App works well. A few bugs but they seem to be working on improving the app regularly. Would be nice to put dvrs in a folder. I have 9 soon to be 10 dvrs on lorex home, and it causes the app to run slow, and my home cameras get buried in the events. Be nice to hide the other systems/events, so I can monitor my home cameras easier

Works ok, but notification on my mobile is nearly 30 seconds-1min later than doorbell. So much prefer this doorbell kit over my Ring one, no subscription and a service that's just as good. Latest update sorted this out, review upgraded.

After the recent update, there is a major issue with the software/device. I can no longer playback any recordings. I have rebooted the device and reformat the disc. Only live view works. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Update... There is now an issue with the doorbell camera (2K unit) when someone rings it, and you try to view who is at the door, the live view fails to load. When I try to retrieve the video, it fails to load and becomes corrupt.

Notifications from the video doorbell are very slow to come to the phone. Downloading video files from timeline does not work and will get stuck part way through download.

Amazing camerasbuthe app is weak ... wrote tothemtwicewith a suggestion ... not even an acknowledgement . Every camera notification comes on phone as "there is a person at your . " So now I have to unlock bygone to look at notification and open each lorex notification one by one just topee whichxamera it was ...instead they could put" persone detected: camera x" ... one line is so much more user-friendly . But nobody will even respond ... bad app, bad customer service . Vreat cameras though
