Love all his apps! The sound stops halfway through each session, and I have to pause and restart to get it back. Otherwise, this is a great help to me. I love the voice. Relaxing app I don't know if I'm losing weight, but I'm getting more sleep and my cravings have lessened. I use at night and sometimes I have a hard time understanding his accent, but I'm rather calm and rested I'm the morning. I should also note that I'm also praying a rosary before I start this app.might be the rosary that is calming. Just an FYI.Pax.

I'm a big fan of Andrew's, use his apps and his mp3's and recommend them to people often. They're my go to when I need to turn off my hamster-in-the-wheel mind. But this is not one I can use. Repeating FATTENING FOODS so often, in a loud harsh voice is jolting and distracting. And not to the point for me for weight control.
