OK for fans, but progress can disappear It started crashing, so I did what every support rep says to do and reinstalled the app. Being connected to Facebook ensured me a cloud save, but it saved nothing after character creation. Support was hard to find (the link was in a comment on the app's Facebook page) and nowhere in the app. I submitted a ticket and never heard back.
