★★★★★ My favorite game but it won't load a new area, (the cave) so I can't use any stars or move on to the new area, I'm on level 630, help!

★★☆☆☆ I do not recommend this game. I lost my phone and had my FB acct hacked over two yrs ago, and they refused to set my game play to the level I had reached which was over 3500. I have been trying to work back to that level for more than two years, and they are now making it even more difficult for me to reach a level I had already earned. I used to recommend this game to people, but now I don't. They are jerks, they have the ability to restore games when lost, they just refuse to.

★★☆☆☆ I'm literally on level 625, and it tells me to download additional files. I have plenty of space, but it doesn't do anything stays at zero percent download. I actually liked this game until now.
