I like that even booked with my United Account the Lot app immediately pulled up all my info. Downside there is bug next day all my info disappeared from the app I would have to re-enter. Lucky safe my boarding pass in the android wallet!

No updated flight information. Impossible to manage booking. No terminal or gate shown most of the time. Check in only partially completed all the times, always have to go to the web version.

I couldn't find my booking details in the app after logging in. When I try to add my ticket, it doesn't add it and gives error with Booking ID and Surname mismatch. But the same works via the browser! Such a terrible app! It doesn't even have the basics right. Thanks for wasting my time!

10 hour layover ticket Berlin Airport I discovered there is an earlier flight like 7 hours earlier. But person at checking couldn't do anything. She said 11 empty seats. I tried calling united who got me this ticket, they put me on general number for polish airline to uncheck my other ticket. I wasn't sure how to uncheck my lo390, so I can get lo388 booked. Lady at checking was just seating unable to provide any help. And time for checking run out. UNITED DIDN'T HAVE EARLIER TICKETS VISIBLE IN SYSTEM!
