Your App used to be simpler to operate. My 95-year-old mother used to scan her own tickets. Now when the App opens and advert fills the screen. This makes it impossible for her to navigate to the scanning section of the App. Do your marketing/IT people consider the change to the ease of use when inserting these adverts?

This app seems to only check looto numbers. All the euro millions tickets for the past seem to say "future draw" and I still have to check manually
