I’ve tried a few fitness apps, but Lotus Flow is one of the few I’ve actually stuck with. The workouts are easy to follow and there are plenty of gentler options for days when I don’t want an intense workout. I especially enjoy the chair yoga and stretching sessions.

STOP TAKING money that isn't yours! I paid for a TRIAL and you keep charging $30.99 every month! For 3 months!!! I have tried to end this since I used the app TWICE! It doesn't meet my fitness needs and I have moved on. Refund me my $92.97!!!

I have seen multiple ads for this chair yoga and the adds have said free. But when you go onto their website and on to their app they want to charge you total ripoff
