No way of cancelling or changing orders once placed, even if they haven't been delivered within one hour - which now happens very frequently - and two recent orders that I placed were cancelled by the store with no explanation. Refunds then take up 2 weeks to receive. What a nightmare!

Bad application. You have to wait 3sec before product registered to being added to the cart. Lotus is behaving in a dishonest way with awarded : they disappear and change value dynamically depending on your behavior in the app. I wish Tops and BigC would deliver to my location, so I could ditch Lotus (by the way, don't order frozen food for the next day, it will arrive unfrozen because LOTUS IS NOT EQUIPPED TO DELIVER FROZEN FOOD, BIG JOKE IN 2025)

Every single time I order, there must be some problem e.g. wrong item delivered, missing some items, delivery man sent to wrong address. Customer service support is slow.
