This worked great at the festival with real-time updates and exact performance times for each stage. Online ordering for festival merch (you have to wait in line for artist merch). It even gave weather forecasts and let you know when the gates opened. Awesome job!

ABSOFREAKINGLUTELY AWESOME I just turned 69 when I went last year for the very first time with my son daughter-in-law and 16-year-old granddaughter I have bad knees, so it's hard to get around, but I had the time of my life it was so hot I couldn't afford to go they treated me for my birthday and I can't wait to go again hopefully somehow by a miracle I'll be able to get tickets to go my son and his family spend every penny they have just to go to Louder Than Life once a year

Make sure you screenshot your lineups beforehand! Service at festivals is ALWAYS terrible due to the concentration of people. It's not the app!

ATT WORLD I WARN YOU THAT THIS EVENT IS A SCAM, PAID 1000s OF DOLLARS AND GOT HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR. I PAID FOR THE 4-DAY PASS AND DUE TO WEATHER GOT ONLY THREE...NO COMPENSATION AT ALL! SO IF YOU ARE GOING INTO THIS AND GO ALL OUT. THE VIP AREA WAS FURTHER AWAY THAN GEN. A CAN OF SODA IS 6 DOLLARS, I HAD VIP STATUS AND I HAD NO! WHERE! TO SIT! TUE CONDITION WERE SO HORRENDOUS PLS! I can't find another sort of contact route, so I will say this here. The advertised as 'helpful convenient' shuttle service to the festival has been the absolute worst. The drivers do not where to go. Yesterday, it took 35 minutes, driving in circles and getting dropped off at the stables. The driver kept calling people to ask where to go and said he didn't get good instructions. Today, the driver has been looping us around the festival grounds for again, 30 minutes. The wait to get on a shuttle
