I really don't like the way they close down and stop all of our banking abilities, so they can upgrade their system!! I haven't had any way to pay my bills, grocery shop, etc. My phones shut off because I can't pay my bill, so I can't call On path to find out when the upgrade will be done

Belle setup via email does not work in the new app. I waisted valuable time self investigating and finally contacted On Path to understand why. On Path is aware of defect and currently do not have a plan to communicate this defect with members. Hopefully this comment will encourage better accountability and communication with members.

Ever since On path or whoever these people are switched from ASI, this company has gone downhill. First you force us all to all get debit cards, taking away our ability to use the ATMs even though you know a majority of the people use this Bank as a Savings Bank. Secondly you idiots upgraded all of your systems at the exact same time leaving your customers with zero way of accessing our money. And of course the app doesn't even work I've been trying to access my account for three days now. Sad.

The new app is super glitchy and I can't even see my checks any more they're not listed like they were on the last app which was super convenient and chronological order. I have to search for checks and their images don't come up, so I can't even verify who they were written too and for how much etc. I guess I have to go into the bank...again to figure this out
