Lodes of documentaries that are very interesting for a price that is too cheap for the great graphics, a wide pick of different documentaries and they donate some of the income to help wildlife and it has started to help me a real lot with my studying because it saves me alot of money before I used to have to buy lodes of DvDs that could cost £20 just for one DVD 5 stars thanks alot for helping me study and even more thanks for helping protect nature :).

Excellent app for nature programs and serene videos that you can leave on in the background! Don't got a fish tank, don't want to deal with feeding the fish? Put up a video of the ocean on your TV instead. Everything delivered in beautiful HD videos, with a good selection for 4K UHD playback too. There seems to be a slight "problem" with the video player though, as it doesn't fill my (Samsung) 55" 4K TV properly, but leaves thin black borders all around the picture. Hopefully this can be fixed soon. It doesn't make the experience all that much worse mind you, but it'd be nice if the video playback did fill the entire screen. Once in a while the video also froze and I had to Pause and Play to resume it, but it's not all too frequent—still, might want to look into it. This is one of the few streaming services I've seen properly deliver quality video outside of Netflix! Looking forward to future updates and programs to watch! Well worth it's asking price for a subscription!

Not sure how we got signed up for this but suddenly have 2 charges of $40 and $50 on my credit card!! No free trial. No $4.99 a month as shown on my tv app. Called the 800 number and no response. Not showing in Google Play as a subscription so can't cancel. Please contact me asap.

Blatant lie advertised on YouTube. it implies it's free on the advertisement on youtube. Not only is that untrue, you dont even have an option for a free trial. They qlso have very few videos.

This is customer service!!! I have a Samsung 4K smart TV with a pre-installed Lovenature app ( which I can't use because it doesn't work) Samsung has approved a lovenature app for 2017 model TV'S and newer. I have the first 4K smart TV to come out ( top of the line) , I have been informed that they are working on the problem and please be patient. When I emailed lovenature about the original problem with the app, part of their response was " I HOPE YOU HAVE A NEWER TV " BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
