We've been using this app for a year and I can say that this app was really a game changer. It's a very good app that is both cute and helpful for couples out there. I just wished that there was something more on this app than just taking care of a pet and some things like checking on your partner. I think it'll be great if you can add a few games that the users can play to earn money for the pets' necessity. It can add enjoyment to the game, more like a coop playing :)

Customer service is absolutely not there. We lost our link 2 months ago, it took them a while to respond, and when they finally did they didn't get straight to the point, I explained everything that me and my partner's link broke out of nowhere, and we lost all of our progress, even our stories. They asked me for proof of all the levels and screenshots and I gave it to them. They didn't respond for a while again, until I followed it up but they didn't do anything. Basically JS told us to accept it.

It's a good app, but it drains phone battery so fast. I have a Google Pixel 10, and before the app- I could go 1 1/2 to 2 days without charging my phone. With the app, my phone dies in 8 hours with a fully charged battery.

I've been using it for a couple of months. During the first few months it is doing good and smoothly. But these last few months it has been very frustrating to use. It is not updating exactly wherein some relationship it may cause fight especially the location may be inaccurate and not working well. It gives me more reason to uninstall it again and find another app.
