The app was going well but when I unpair my partner and pair her again her mobile phone status is not displaying even if she is using mobile it still shows in app she is inactive and the customer support is absolutely ridiculous. Waste of money to subscription

App was good until the latest update now there's so many glitches and problems, the online status doesn't work properly anymore, says online when my partners not or says offline for hours when he is online so now I never know. Also the location keeps jumping around saying he's moving when he's at home or work. Please fix this I really loved this app.
