I love my Love sac couch and the app. Spotify sounds great. Very flexible control of the sound system. Spotify and Netflix sounded great with no adjustments. However, YouTube music and some others requires more specific tuning to sound good. The app does have pre-sets thankfully, so it wasn't a big deal once configured 🙂

For everyone having issues, if you haven't resolved yet, I found a fix. You need to forget the stealth tech on Bluetooth and unplug your center channel for 10 seconds. Let it power back on and reconnect via Bluetooth and go back through the app; mine found it. Also, there is a firmware update that you'll need the provided thumb drive and update the file. The website explains that once you connect the system again.

Treble on Android is not working. No matter where you put the treble setting in the app, it always goes to 0. When using the remote it shows 50% on the center channel led's.

When I first got my love sac couch the app and everything worked perfectly. Now with the recent update "Mode 1" no longer works properly, so I can never use the soundbar and couch at full volume, the best I can do is "Mode 2" which has the sound bar at half volume and the couch at full. The app also no longer lets me manually adjust any settings and says I must update to the most recent firmware, which I have tried multiple times multiple different ways with no success.

System is practically unusable without the app and the app are unreliable. I'm about a week into ownership of stealth tech and the app is 100% of the reason I'm likely sending it all back... unfortunate really. Something this expensive having an unreliable Bluetooth connection these days is beyond unacceptable. I've had Bluetooth headphones that pair every time for a decade+. No way I am going to be unmounting the sound bar from the wall to unplug it for 10 seconds every day to make it work.

App is a buggy mess. When it works, it works. But I swear it works less and less overtime. Being unable to connect to the sound system you pay so much for is ridiculous. Stealth tech as a whole is a great idea with terrible implementation. Discreet speakers that when working, are great. But the system drops out regularly. Constantly needing to re-pair devices or reset them for something at this price point is stupid. I regularly regret spending so much on this buggy system.
