Poor service, it has been 15 days I haven't received my order. I tried calling, but they aren't available. I am trying to converse with their agents on the app, but they are not responding.

If I could, I would give this app a 0. I ordered 4 pairs of earrings (about $20 worth) almost 2 months ago. They were not shipped at all. It has been more than 4 business weeks now. In the past, I loved the Louisa stores in person, now I refuse to set foot in a single one. Customer service also didn't help at all, when I asked for a refund several times they refused and offered no other options to help with the problem. It will soon be 3 months with no package shipped.
