Lower Brightness: Night Screen

Is your phone still too bright at night, even at the lowest brightness? Screen Dimmer lets you lower brightness below the minimum your device allows, so you can use your phone in a dark room without the glare.

Screen Dimmer places a dark screen filter on top of everything you see. Choose how dark you want it, and it stays on while you read, browse, chat or watch videos in any app. It is the simple night mode your phone is missing.

🌙 GO DARKER THAN YOUR LOWEST BRIGHTNESS
Android's brightness slider stops at a level that is still too bright for many people at night. Screen Dimmer adds an extra layer of darkness on top, so you can reduce brightness much further and get a true night screen.

💡 SIMPLE LIGHT BULB CONTROL
Drag the light bulb up or down to set the dim level. The bulb fills as the screen gets darker, so you always see the current level at a glance. Use the plus and minus buttons for fine adjustments.

🔔 CONTROL FROM THE NOTIFICATION
No need to open the app. While the dimmer is on, the notification lets you:
- Make the screen darker or brighter
- Jump to 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% with one tap
- Turn the dimmer off instantly

📱 WORKS IN EVERY APP
The dark screen filter stays active across your apps, so night reading, social media, messaging and browsing are all more comfortable in low light.

😴 USE YOUR PHONE IN BED
Check your messages or read before sleep without lighting up the room or waking someone next to you.

📝 GOOD TO KNOW
Because of Android limits, the status bar and navigation bar are not dimmed. For the darkest result, set your phone's brightness to the lowest level first, then use Screen Dimmer to go even darker.
