Great ride service alternative to Uber. Friendly drivers. Definitely recommend.

Driver arrived in less than 3 minutes of booking with the app. Price was fantastic. Car was clean and service was friendly and professional. 5 stars is definitely earned with Loyal 💯

Rates on the app do not reflect the actual price. Totally useless to advertise price on the app when it's not what the actual rate is.
★☆☆☆☆Meghan Nicholls· May 13, 2026
I have not been. Able to ever get a driver, then they end up canceling on me.
★☆☆☆☆Myles· Mar 31, 2026
App not working on my rooted oneplus 6t running lineageos. Keeps saying "please attempt to disable vpn or switch to different network". Tried 2 Wi-Fi networks and my Komodo data network. Pretty sure its blocking me due to me having root or a custom rom installed...
★☆☆☆☆Alisha Overholt· May 18, 2025
Horrible customer service. Drivers will constantly not show up to pre-booked rides and make you late to appointments and work. Your better off using other services
★☆☆☆☆Wet Coast Life· Jun 28, 2025
The most useless app on the app store. 0 drivers ever. Just leave a 1* and uninstall this garbage.
★★☆☆☆Jack Black· Sep 5, 2025
Driver's have bad attitude with you sometime and want you to pay the very moment you step inside the car some even argue and get hostile with you about the payment Loyalty ride-share please stop hiring anybody
