Amazing first time experience. My landlady was stranded at the vet, and I googled pet friendly transportation. The driver was super kind and courteous, he got seat covers out of the trunk for her sweet dog to ride safely and in comfort, and he was very kind and courteous. Thanks ever so much for this amazing service

App not working on my rooted oneplus 6t running lineageos. Keeps saying "please attempt to disable vpn or switch to different network". Tried 2 Wi-Fi networks and my Komodo data network. Pretty sure its blocking me due to me having root or a custom rom installed...

Horrible customer service. Drivers will constantly not show up to pre-booked rides and make you late to appointments and work. Your better off using other services
