Did receive points at first but once I download a game, if it will download, then gives error message when I try to return to play

Been using this app a small amount of time, completed SEVERAL tasks but did not get paid for opening the app (usually the higher payout of coins) but got coins for completing the tasks within the task. Doesn't seem legit, can't contact anyone for support. I will be willing to change my review if I get paid for the tasks I completed by opening the app and completing the tasks.
