I love my Lucid 128 hearing aids. Far superior to my old set which cost twice as much from ME. But the aids and app do have some issues. 1. Sometimes when the hearing aids and my phone are both working, I still have to reset the hearing aids for the app to connect. 2. Frequently streaming from my phone and the aids will stop working. I have to reset 1 or both aids to restore the connection. 3. Have to reset the equalizer every time I open the app. 4. Wish I could change the default program

I very much Dis-like this app. For some unknown reason my hearing aids volume is constantly changing on this APP. One aid will go up, and the other aid will go down or not change at all, but Wait! Before long both aids will go haywire for no reason at all. I will be in the middle of an important conversation and suddenly for no reason whatsoever my hearing aids are cut off. It can be quite embarrassing.

I don't understand why location permission is required on this app unless the developer is selling location information. If you are on an airplane and launch the app it forces closes automatically since it cannot determine the location. I emailed the developer explaining that I travel a lot for my job and cannot make any adjustments while flying and haven't received not even a courtesy email stating that they received it. Next step will be calling Lucid.
