Description

Lucid Scribe is a dream journal with guided techniques and a structured program for learning to lucid dream. Record your dreams, recognize recurring patterns, and train the mental habits that carry awareness from waking life into your dreams.

Dream Journal:
Record dreams hands-free with speech-to-text dictation. Organize with categories and tags, rate lucidity and clarity, and let the app auto-detect the recurring dream signs that form the basis of lucid dreaming practice. Full-text search, statistics with contribution graphs, and export or import your journal as an .LSD file.

28-Day Program - Foundations of Lucidity:
A structured path from dream recall through mindfulness, mnemonic induction (MILD), sensory induction (SSILD), and advanced techniques. Instead of a loose collection of tools, you get a day-by-day curriculum that builds on itself.

Prospective Memory Trainer:
An 8-step program that trains the cognitive skill behind lucid dreaming: noticing things you intended to notice. Each day it gives you targets to spot in waking life. Over time the habit follows you into your dreams.

Induction Techniques:
MILD: silent reading before bed to seed the intention to recognize your next dream.
SSILD: a guided sensory cycle through sight, hearing, and touch as you drift off.
WBTB: a scheduled alarm that wakes you during the night for a few minutes of practice before returning to sleep.
FILD: tap rhythmically with your finger until you drift off, with an audio cue on timeout.
DEILD: re-enter the dream state after you wake from a dream, with scheduled cues to catch the transition.
TDI: audio phrases played after hours of sleep to seed the content of the next dream.
TLR: custom audio tracks played in the early morning to associate waking cues with a lucid state.
REM Lights: scheduled audio cues and light prompts during the night to trigger awareness without waking you.

Reality Checks:
Schedule checks throughout the day with sound cues or silent vibration on a smartwatch. Each one completed adds XP.

Mindfulness:
Guided exercises for body scan, breathing space, sleep preparation, and mountain imagery. Useful for winding down before bed or steadying attention during the day.

Progress Tracking:
Earn XP for every session across every technique. Track your level, daily streak, total sessions, and time spent. Contribution graphs show the rhythm of your practice so you can see where the gaps are.

Optional - INSPEC Device:
For real-time REM detection, the INSPEC lucid dreaming device connects over Bluetooth and uses an infrared camera to watch for the rapid eye movements that signal dreaming: https://inspec.me. Configure hypnograms, LED flashes, audio cues, and a Smart Alarm that wakes you at the end of a REM cycle. The app works fully on its own.

Thanks for the second reply. I was able to adjust the time to my liking in the "deep playlist" mode, but tapping the playback button keeps crashing the app. Also wish the waking time dream reminders could use the same file as the deep playlist.

This app does nothing that it says it should do.... Only two options have audio & all others I had read.... How can I close my eyes & relax but I have to read on how to lucid dream by following the steps...There is no audio!?!?!
