This app is very poor like poor services of Lucknow Municipal corporation. This app needs to improve registration and sign in first then it needs to go for complaints and many more. I think this app is going to be useful if properly maintained otherwise nothing to happen on this front. One thing more about this app why it was coppied from the USA mentioning 311 and 911.👎🏼 LMC is focussing on Tax collection only no proper service is given to citizens.

Worst app. They will disable your account if you complained. Mine account disabled and asking to contact administrator. And there is no way to contact any app administrator.

Fraud type app, on 3rd I booked a garbage collection complaint but surprisingly today taking my name that citizen manish mehrotra has closed the complaint, they closed the complaint where work not done, and I even can't reopen the complaint. Ye aapki taraf se bhi post kar sakte hain complaint close karne ke liye kya fraud aur milibhagat hai nakara vibhag, sabhasad jiska Kama chahta hai usi ka hota hai warna false close kar di jati hai complaints. So book a complaint through IGRS only.
