Conceptually hilarious, and delivers on its promise. I love when the coin smiles at me. :) Unfortunately due to how luck works, there's no incentive to do anything other than spam the same button until you're done. Presuming it pays out, which it sounds like it does, it's just a very very very boring scratcher. Gamblers might like it.
