🍬 WELCOME TO Lucky Sweet
Lucky Sweet is your personal Sweet Abstinence Tracker designed to help you reduce sugary treats and stay consistent day by day. Whether you skip candy, desserts, soda, or other sweet snacks, Lucky Sweet offers a simple way to log clean days, follow your streak, and review your personal progress over time.
Complete a quick setup, then use daily check-ins to record each successful day. Every clean day updates your streak and lifetime totals automatically inside the app.
⚙️ PERSONAL SETUP
When you first open Lucky Sweet, you enter three values based on your own sweet habit:
• Daily sweet spending — typical amount you would spend on sweets per day (in dollars) • Calories per day avoided — calories you estimate skipping when you avoid sweets • Sugar grams per day avoided — sugar grams you estimate skipping on a clean day
These numbers are set by you and used for all in-app calculations. Tap Edit Settings on the main screen anytime to update them. Lucky Sweet refreshes your displayed totals immediately after changes.
🏠 MAIN DASHBOARD
The home screen highlights your current streak — the count of consecutive days without sweets shown in the center of the screen.
Three running totals appear below: • Money saved so far — your daily spending value multiplied by total clean days • Calories avoided — your daily calorie estimate multiplied by clean days • Sugar avoided — your daily sugar estimate multiplied by clean days
Daily actions are one tap away: • I stayed strong today — marks today as a clean day, updates your streak, and adds to lifetime totals • I had sweets — shows a confirmation dialog to reset your current streak; total clean days remain unchanged
From the dashboard you can also open Calendar, View Results, or Edit Settings. After a successful check-in, the button displays Already checked in today until the next calendar day.
🔥 STREAK TRACKING
Streak tracking is a core part of Lucky Sweet. Each I stayed strong today check-in extends your active streak. The app also stores your longest streak and shows how many days you have tracked since your start date.
If more than one day passes without a check-in, your current streak resets automatically the next time you open the app — helping you keep an honest daily routine.
When you choose I had sweets, a confirmation asks whether to reset your current streak. Your total clean days count and lifetime totals are preserved; only the active streak returns to zero so you can begin again.
📊 RESULTS AND PROGRESS
The View Results screen summarizes your journey in four cards: • Total money saved — estimated dollars not spent on sweets • Calories avoided — estimated kilocalories not consumed • Sugar avoided — estimated grams of sugar not consumed • Total clean days — every day marked with a successful check-in
A Streaks panel lists your current streak, longest streak, and tracking start date.
The Last 7 Days section shows a bar chart of the past week. Clean days appear as tall gradient columns; days without a check-in appear as short bars. Weekday labels sit below each column for quick reference.
📅 INTERACTIVE CALENDAR
Lucky Sweet includes a monthly calendar for reviewing your history. Use the arrow buttons to move between months within your tracking period.
Clean days are highlighted on the grid. Today is marked with a distinct border. Tap a date to see details: • Clean day — status message plus that day estimated money saved, calories avoided, and sugar avoided • Today — not checked in yet, with a note to use the check-in button on the menu • No check-in recorded — for past days without a clean mark • Upcoming day — for future dates
A legend identifies clean day and today markers. Open the calendar from the main menu or from the Results screen via Open Calendar.
