I've been on lug live since July. I love the interactions with the hosts. I recommend this site whenever someone compliments my bags.

This is an awesome way to shop lug. I make purchases on the website as well as QVC, but seeing the chat and able to chat and respond in real time via this app is great. Love all lug (lal). Need more camo orchid in my life. Thanks, Amy, for making amazing bags for everyday life. Also, I really enjoy the hosts. They are so much fun. It is fun to watch even if I am not purchasing anything. #lugnutforlife

So much easier to make purchases here than on Facebook. Once you are registered a few clicks, a swipe, and it's yours. I love watching the shows even when I don't buy something. I have an alarm set to the show times. I try tune in at the beginning of a show to see what is offered in my fav patterns. I find this new concept of social shopping a way to connect to other purse lovers. I love being able to have a rapport with the host and other Lug nuts. The best thing: there is no MEANESS!

App is terrible since Lug decided to take away the ability to see quantities! Many UNHAPPY customers.

App works poorly. Customers' valuable time is lost due to app problems. Lug took away important features that made shopping easier, alas still with app issues. Lug doesn't care about its customers. They have refused to make the shopping experience a good and easy one for could-be, would-be customers! Someone neutral should figure out how much time both the hosts and potential customers waste due to this app. I no longer use/watch the OUTLIVE App. Due to inconsistencies and faulty app.

The app has changed, so now you can't see quantities available. You're supposed to ask the host how many of each item are available. And, you have to click on each item to see if it's sold out. Very annoying, especially when the hosts either don't see or ignore your questions.
