Lull Timer

Because every second of the wait feels like an hour.
Sleep training is one of the hardest things a parent will do. You're exhausted, emotional, and standing in the hallway listening — wondering how long it's been, whether you should go in, and whether you're doing the right thing.
Lull takes one thing off your plate: the clock.
Designed specifically for interval-based sleep training methods — including graduated approaches like Ferber — Lull gives you a calm, clear, always-running timer so you can focus on your child, not your phone screen.

🌙 How Lull Works
Sleep training intervals have two phases: waiting outside the room, and comforting your child inside it. Lull handles both.
Set your outside wait time and let Lull count down. When it's time to go in, it gently alerts you — no loud alarms, just a quiet heads-up notification and a soft vibration. Go in, comfort your little one, and start the in-room stopwatch so you can track how long you're there. Through it all, a total elapsed timer runs continuously, giving you a full picture of the night.
