I'm happy with the app, but today, there is an in-app advertisement about Lulu money transfer that caused an issue. I clicked the advertisement, and it opened but couldn't go back to the shopping app. I closed the advertisement and clicked the Lulu shopping app, it took me back to the Lulu money transfer. I deleted cashe, but it didn't help, I was still stuck with the Lulu money transfer. Finally, I had to uninstall the Lulu shopping app and reinstall it in order to get rid of this problem.

Please don't buy any fish from them today I ordered 1 kg black pom fret fish 1st of all they don't clean the fish and the fish is not good smell is very bad I wanted to return, and the apps show that the fish is not eligible to return at last I throw this into the trash can the fish is not fresh no one can eat this fish so please no one buy any fish from Their online or apps

The promised 45-minutes to 1hr delivery time is completely inaccurate. I placed my order at 1:39 PM, and it has been delayed because no delivery riders are available. The new estimated arrival time is 6:00 PM, which is unacceptable 🙄😒 no to lulu online delivery. Happens 2x to me.

I wanted to shop online today 9.9.2026 using this LuLu Online shopping app. But it was not allowing me to choose anything nor showing me the items like grocery, fruits and vegetables. And LuLu hypermarket expects people to buy things online using their hopeless App.
