Good app, but it needs improvement. The app is slow while searching, adding items to the cart, and opening the cart. Although the name says "In Minutes," delivery is often scheduled after a couple of hours. Please notify users if an item in the cart becomes out of stock instead of removing it automatically. Also, allow users to cancel or modify (add/remove items) their order within 30 minutes or before the status changes to "Collecting Items."

The Lulu app should include Happiness Points for online grocery purchases as well. I always buy my groceries through the Lulu app because it is convenient, but I have noticed that my Happiness Points are not being updated in the same way as they are for in-store purchases. Customers who regularly shop online should receive the same rewards and benefits as customers who shop at physical stores. Since many people now prefer the convenience of online shopping, it would be great if Happiness Points

This is the worst app LULU I've ever used. I placed an order online, and after waiting for over an hour with no delivery, the app suddenly marked the order as "Delivered" even though I never received it. There is no responsive customer support to help resolve the issue. This has been a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this app to anyone.

App experience is really bad, it's extremely slow and laggy. When I search for a product it takes so long to show the result, it keeps loading. The search results could also be more relevant to the keyword than something random. The cart button takes so many tries before it actually clicks. After placing a lot of products in the cart, I was a guest user and when I logged in all the cart products disappeared and I had to add them all back again. Overall its poorly built for customer experience.

My "minutes" order was delivered in 90 minutes, and it was missing an item. They have worse customer service ever. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp, live chat, customer service line, email, and they only replied to my email after a few hours. After 2 days passed, they only offered a refund after I threatened to report the issue to the Ministry of Commerce. AVOID THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE AT ALL COSTS
