I'm happy with the app, but today, there is an in-app advertisement about Lulu money transfer that caused an issue. I clicked the advertisement, and it opened but couldn't go back to the shopping app. I closed the advertisement and clicked the Lulu shopping app, it took me back to the Lulu money transfer. I deleted cashe, but it didn't help, I was still stuck with the Lulu money transfer. Finally, I had to uninstall the Lulu shopping app and reinstall it in order to get rid of this problem.

I would give zero stars if I could. My order was scheduled for 12-2pm. When I knew the items would be late, I requested a refund at 2:20pm and a refund ticket was raised. However, the rider came at around 3:15, but I did not accept the late order (meaning not delivered). However, an email was sent that the order was delivered!!!. After complaining, they kept claiming I received the order. ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED Either REFUNDED!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NOT BUY FROM LULU ONLINE ANYMORE

Very disappointing online experience with LuLu. I strongly recommend avoid ordering non-grocery items online. Delivery timelines are not respected, and the backend team makes false commitments. Poor service and a frustrating experience overall.......
