The Lulu app should include Happiness Points for online grocery purchases as well. I always buy my groceries through the Lulu app because it is convenient, but I have noticed that my Happiness Points are not being updated in the same way as they are for in-store purchases. Customers who regularly shop online should receive the same rewards and benefits as customers who shop at physical stores. Can write as IN HOURS instead of IN MINUTES, and please don't schedule other appointments mixing with lulu delivery schedules, will get mess... and I didn't receive the items, but the status changed to DELIVERED. SADLY... tried to call the customer care agent, they only work from 9 am to 5 Pm. no 24 hours hotline...

I order yesterday its shows I will receive 8.21 and until 10.30 nothing shows it waste my time my food my mood it's not first time they did with me some time mis item some time wrong item, and I order 20 I get on 21 the fresh chicken they send me 4 days old chicken and not expiry date on that more than 40 mints I wait on online chat but agent answers after 6 min or 8 min for small question so worse this time I am 6 years old Clint witg lulu but this is so bad
