I know a key member of the Luma team. As a relatively new company, they are motivated and continuously working to improve. Give support a call if you have trouble and ask them to check your version after you are setup. They can push updates to your system and will do so periodically as they continue to improve. I had an issue with my system when I first got it. The above information is what fixed my problem. Now if I could just get Comcast to be better, I'd be all set.

The setup is quick for each luma node. Make sure phone is not connected to any WiFi while using the App is running and Bluetooth is ON, is the trick. The speed is super fast between the 3 luma nodes.

Wow, super fast and easy to set up. Helps make our internet so much faster and easier to use. We love love Luma and the Luma app. Perfect in everyway, great job. No problems on anything, everything just as Luma states. And the price for Luma beats all others, I highly recommend Luma. Job well done and a great product, keep up the great work.

I really wanted to like this product a lot, but it just doesn't cut the
mustard. The app is less than stellar. I often cannot get the app to show
me current stats. When I refresh the app it still shows me the previous
stat check. I found the only way to get a current status update is to
delete a device off the network. Then it refreshes and shows a current
status. I am still waiting for parental control like they advertised. Tech
support is a joke. When I set up the system just after launch tech support
was helpful. Now most if the time they tell me it looks like it's working
now and move on. If you just want a basic mesh network this is ok. If you
want to be able to see what's going on and have cutting edge tech like Luma
advertises then move on. They are just blowing hot air. Spend your money on
something that delivers.

App keeps getting worse. Crashes all the time now. I have a feeling that since the company was sold the new owners do not want to support the legacy devices and are incrementally crippling the app to get us end users to abandon the devices due to a poor experience...

After having a severe drop download speeds seemingly after latest update, I called my provider to come out and do a direct test. Speed tested exactly as it should. Around 250 mbps but the app was showing anywhere from 9 mbps to 90, fluctuating daily for the past week. Never had any issues until last update. Uninstalled the app and did a complete setup again with no luck in fixing the issue. Setup is not an easy thing to do but I was otherwise happy with it until now
