★★☆☆☆ Luminance is no longer working after the 11/2/2020 update for Google phones on verizon. It will take video as normal. The video even looks fine when reviewing in the app. When I try to view the exported video, it only plays the first second then the frame freezes. I emailed Luminance support on November 13 and didn't receive a response.

★★☆☆☆ Limits creativity, lacks technical support, and is definitely not worth paying for. There's a disappointingly long-running bug that freezes your phone and doesn't save your videos, and no fix in sight. If you press export more than once, it's done for. There's a saddening lack of effects, as well as types of effects, and most of them just ruin the video anyway. I know its only $3, but it's a legitimate disappointment to have paid for.
