★★☆☆☆ This app does not function at all. It is unusable. I open it, a blank dark blue screen shows, and nothing else happens. No text appears, no logo shows, no login screen, absolutely nothing happens. I rebooted, force closed, cleared cache & data, uninstalled & reinstalled. Nothing. This is my first time ever installing this app. I was actually going to pay you money to listen to subscriber-only Spooked episodes, but I can't! Now I'm uninstalling the app forever! Your app is losing you money! Lmao!

★★☆☆☆ App has not been able to even launch for several months now. Using the web portal to take advantage of my subscription.

★★☆☆☆ Update: if you go into account settings to "give feedback" or "report an issue", those pages don't open! Are they doing that on purpose? I only have this app because it has exclusive podcasts. It's soooo slow and buggy, at least on my Pixel. It closes podcasts that I am halfway through all the time. This app is worse than free podcast apps.
