It's been 1 week since I am using this. And I can say, When it works, it works great. But randomly I keep getting "Request Timeout" followed by setup up router. I just set up the router 1 week ago. I have to swipe bad and try again and again. It is acting like an ad, you just keep clicking x and after enough clicks it works.

Disappointing. With Spectrum when I was traveling, I could at least watch some channels. With Lumos, if you try to watch anything you get a pop-up saying, "must be at home to watch this, the only content you can watch away from home is a subset of channels." It's really irritating that they don't gray out ones you can't watch. But after clicking on several dozen and none working, I don't think you can watch anything. Might go back to cable...

It's hard to pay my bill I've been trying to pay my bill for the last week I placed a call personally to customer service but no one picked up the phone.(Even tho. It said to call anytime.)
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
