I've been using Luminosity for years, games are challenging. Exciting, etc. BUT twice, my phone got lost, destroyed (caught on fire, while I was driving down the highway, & I had my phone on charge suddenly, flames, sparkes, started shooting from the connection. Slowed down, pulled off the road, and it started slowing down. Called my phone carrier He asked if I could bring it in right, called my daughter, she would meet me at Mobile right away. They did everything. But lost about 40% of.

Let me say this - I love luminosity. Used it as a kid and wanted to try it again as an adult. But i don't appreciate being lied to. I expected that from anyone but you guys. "7 day free trial" apparently. Took my money immediately. You've lost a client for life. I don't care that you need to make money. We all do. No refunds or anything for accidental purchases. I am severely disappointed, and you better know I'll be warning everyone I know that you people care about money, not people's health.
