Frustrating to say the least ! I've downloaded the app and tried to register an account at least 10 times now. Every time I try to register I get "email already exists" so I'll try the forgot password option in case I made a previous account I forgot about. So clicking on the forgot password option with the email they say exists already, I get "user not registered". Phone software is up-to-date, all permissions are allowed. Tried it on 3 different phones but still the same outcome.

Connection issues. This app literally controls an almost £500 led mask, and it takes several attempts to connect to the mask every single time. The mask can be picked up by my phone but not the app until I've pressed stop/scan at least three times. A poor app for an expensive product. Makes the user experience frustrating.
