How long does setup take? Ten minutes for most businesses. luup fills in most of the six steps from your website address.
Do I need a new phone number? Not for calls — your existing number connects. For WhatsApp, the only requirement is that the number is not registered in the WhatsApp app; most businesses connect their landline.
What if the AI gets something wrong? When it notices it doesn't know, it stops and hands over to you. You decide which topics it is allowed to handle.

luup is a subscription service and has no free tier. It runs for 14 days without a credit card; when the trial ends your account and your data stay, the app stops taking new work.
