Initially I was blocked from downloading in the play store while in Japan, but I found the SDK and downloaded the app. I thought the app was great, the most difficult part was no translation option for English, so I'd have to screenshot and use OCR with Google, the overall experience, cost and ease of use is superior - and to be honest, faster than taking JR or metro! Can't wait to use it again in November! Good job developers!!!

Bookings fail. Often book a lump only to find there's no vehicles at the spot. App glitchy and slow. No option to cancel subscription in the app. No customer support

I'm a software architect traveling from LA to Japan and boy, does this app take the cake for the worst app I've used in Asia. - The geolocation is off - The app doesn't let you finish a ride, even after following all their procedures for troubleshooting - the inquiry form on their support site doesn't seem to exist, which is the manual way of submitting the end of ride if the app doesn't work - When the app doesn't want you to end the ride, it blocks all other processes from running.
