You want to load the app on your phone to avoid ordering from the internet where there are many "fake" companies pretending to be Luvme Hair. It's a very good idea, however app is not working well. You CANNOT delete items from your shopping basket. The "edit" function only lets you increase or decrease quantities, but does not edit quality of 1 to zero, and no delete order option is given. PLEASE fix your app!!

They service is really bad the wigs that I was supposed to get wasn't the ones that came in the mail do not order from this company I tried to get a refund no one wanted to help me and I bought three wigs I repeat do not order from this company it's a scam

READ THIS!!!!! I've seen them advertised on IG but always only a few reviews for such a "popular"seller. Clicked the link and saw there was an app so as I'm reading the reviews I see multiple 5-star reviews not about the app but the hair. So many of the reviews were either the same or some variation of it. The review are either by employees of this company or all in the Matrix and read each other's minds to somehow write the same reviews. A good product don't need fake reviews.
