We like the app and use it daily. It helps to be able to see the total power usage, split into both solar and eskom. Also indicates when we are running on pure solar. Can then determine when it's the best time to use the power hungry appliances. There was a small issue with graphs not showing, but the support team fixed it within a few days. Good technical support in reviews, but unfortunately the support email address shows undelivered.

Had a problem with this app on Android. Could not connect the dongle to a new router using the app. The app accepted new Wi-Fi and password, but dongle would never connect. However, managed to connect the dongle by connecting directly to dongle through 10.10.10.1. Doing it this way worked immediately. Went back to the app to retry afterward and still didn't work Therefore seems to be a problem in the app, rather than with the dongle

The latest update has broken the data graph calculations showing incorrect values for consumption and SOC. The app also crashing when unused for a few minutes. It needs urgent help to make it useful again.
