★★★★★ All the drivers my family has had have had so far has been very helpful and friendly. Thank you 😊

★★★★★ Works pretty well for the most part, but recently, I have been having issues that the app doesn't update when a driver has been found. I was lucky that the driver sent me a text that they arrived in the parking lot. The other times, I would close out the app and return to see if it had been updated. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known a driver had even been assigned to me. This is also a fairly recent development, so if someone could look into this, that would be great.

★★☆☆☆ Bait n switch they offer lower rates for waiting 15 minutes. After 15 minutes they cancel and say oh sorry, no drivers available. A minute later they find you a ride at double the fare

★★☆☆☆ The Lyft app chose an incorrect spot for pickup from a major amusement park: Canada's wonderland. As a result, we had 2 cancelled rides, including 1 driver who entered the car park and had to go line up at the main entrance and expected us to wait in the car for 20+ min. Once we switched to Uber it matched us to a driver within 1 min to the correct pickup. I'm surprised that Lyft could fail so spectacularly at what should be a common ride. Will definitely think twice before trying Lyft again.
