Awful UX, user-hostile design. Frustrating. Unreliable. Timetables are not real time but static. For instance, several metro lines are not running at all today because of a strike, yet their timetables lie in the app and give false information. Alerts work only if you have a sub with their dumb non-standard card. Doesn't work if you have the regional standard OùRA card.

These update don't show exact address, its take me to where I will walk about 800 m and I will walk back where the bus is coming from......work on its precise route
