Comments on Lyon Public Transport for Android

★★★★☆ Sourabh Bhat · Jan 7, 2026

The TCL live doesn't work in the Android version. The other app for live updates has also stopped working. It was a very useful feature, especially in the winter I can stay indoors until the vehicle is close by. Please make this feature available again.

★★★★☆ Kelvin Babu · Jun 20, 2020

Best app to go around in France Just one negative point * it does not allow you to change language from French to any other

★★★★★ An B. (AnB99) · Aug 15, 2023

Practical app, works great for me. But the time stamp does not show fully. Tried restart, reset, reinstall. No workaround works

★★☆☆☆ Stephane Chazal · Mar 17, 2024

Getting better but real time, the most important feature, is always broken ☹️. Need to get used to the way to use the app. New features are nice.

★★☆☆☆ Saúl R · Mar 21, 2024

The last version of the tcl app was pretty good. Now is bad, the interface is buggy, slow, and it doesn't have the same features the previous version had (you cannot check the real time of passage of buses you classified as favorite, your departure point is always your delocalization and is difficult to change...etc.). It seems they tried to modernize the app, but instead they downgraded (apart from the fact they erased all the info you saved on the previous version). Disappointing

★☆☆☆☆ Finbar McEneaney · Jan 9, 2026

Awful app with no real-time info. Today is the third time in a few weeks that I've left home to get to the Tram stop on time, only to find that the tram wouldn't come for 10-15 minutes more. Obviously all my connections were messed up. It's a lottery with TCL and this ridiculous app. Plus going to the airport it rarely shows buses 47 or 200, preferring over expensive Rhône express instead.

★☆☆☆☆ Pierre BRIENNE · Feb 9, 2022

Awful UX, user-hostile design. Frustrating. Unreliable. Timetables are not real time but static. For instance, several metro lines are not running at all today because of a strike, yet their timetables lie in the app and give false information. Alerts work only if you have a sub with their dumb non-standard card. Doesn't work if you have the regional standard OùRA card.

★☆☆☆☆ C · Oct 6, 2025

Highly unreliable. Bus timetables that are printed at bus stops are completely different to timetables in the app.
