Aplikację mobilną przygotowaliśmy dla klientów detalicznych Grupy TAURON.
Dzięki niej będziesz mógł wygodnie zarządzać umowami i fakturami oraz szybko i bezpiecznie opłacać rachunki.
Dodatkowo – jeśli masz „telerachunek” – będziesz mógł za pomocą aplikacji podawać odczyty licznika. Wtedy od razu podamy ci informację o kosztach Twojego zużycia.

Dzięki aplikacji możesz również:
- przeglądać szczegóły wszystkich swoich umów;
- przeglądać informacje o najbliższych płatnościach oraz o wszystkich wystawionych fakturach;
- szybko i bezpiecznie płacić za pojedyncze faktury oraz koszykowo – bezpośrednio w aplikacji;
- otrzymywać powiadomienia min. o nowej fakturze czy zbliżającym się terminie płatności;
- szybko kontaktować się z TAURONEM za pomocą dedykowanych infolinii;
- znaleźć najbliższy punkt obsługi klienta oraz sprawdzić informacje o godzinach otwarcia i jego adresie;
- jeśli masz usługę „telerachunek” – możesz podawać odczyt swojego licznika.

Aby zalogować się do aplikacji, wystarczy, że wpiszesz swój login i hasło z serwisu Mój Tauron. Jeśli nie masz konta w serwisie Mój Tauron – możesz je szybko założyć. Wystarczy, że w aplikacji wpiszesz swój PESEL i nr ewidencyjny lub nr płatnika. Numery te znajdziesz na swojej umowie lub na fakturze.

Very often problems with login to app + forcing to update the application to be able to use it Additionally notes 'if your problem with application is valid...' is funny. As a customer I would love to leave money in your hand, knowing that you are making my life easier, and you are making your products working well to allow me to easily buy from you / easly leave money in your hand. Instead, what I have is app is problematic, and you are saying that it is my problem that I can't pay you :D

Terrible app. They forced us to use it because u can't use web app to input kWh. But the app is constantly under development, almost every option every time I want to use it is "under construction" or "under service". But there is no other choice, app is needed to maintain actual kWh use.

The account was deleted, and then they started to ask why I am not paying 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I am wondering also what is the reason behind those pity tries to follow the best security practices if this is not a bank application? What will do abuser - obviously will pay my bills 🤣 Maybe product owners doesn't know what to do...
