It freezes when you want to see your account, during transactions and also when adding beneficiaries. You can't see the notes people include in the transaction either (which is terrible because I receive tax codes that way) and if you receive an email saying that a transaction was approved, you won't see it reflected in the App (not even in the website), you have to wait more than 24h to see it. Pretty bad when you want to pay CAS tax from the Procuraduría General of the Dom. Rep.

I don't know my username and password neither. The App doesn't have an option to create a new password. Can you Integrate this part? Thanks!
