La App permite gestionar diversos roles con los que el usuario tendrá acceso a funcionalidades distintas en función de los mismos, pudiendo disponer de perfiles para conductores de flota propia o tercerizada, transportistas, operadores de tráfico o destinatarios de la mercancía entre otros.

Entre sus funcionalidades destacan la gestión de conformes de entrega, la geolocalización, la firma desde el dispositivo, el upload o download de documentación escaneada, la captura de imágenes, la incorporación de incidencias, el guiado a destino, la recepción de mensajería, la audición de comunicados, la reorganización de la ruta, el rellenado de hojas de control y seguridad, la gestión de tránsitos, el control de carga y descarga de la mercancía o la gestión de devoluciones entre otros…

NOTA: para usar M.SOFT iTransporte con sus propios datos de negocio, deberá disponer de las soluciones de backend que correspondan de la suite de M.SOFT, TMS, WMS o ERP.
