I've been with M1 since 2022. I love the platform. The autorebalancing feature and the dynamic rebalancing is so underrated. Allowing you to stay on target allocation. This platform is not for day traders. It's designed around long-term investing. Keeping an asset allocation based on your risk tolerance is very important. M1 Finance allows you to stay within your allocation thus maintaining your intended risk levels. I've recommended over 10 users to this platform. Thank you and never change!

Sometimes confusing, but fundamentally a good system for long term, passive, high-commitment investors who will ignore daily noise. Worst possible platform for "traders" who rely on intraday activity, which they're pretty upfront about. The pie system makes automated investing easy and dividends are handled well. Only being able to borrow 25% margin via cash is disappointing - if a security is marginable at a certain percentage, treating buying power and borrowing power differently seems wrong

I really like yalls app, but I wish there was a little buffer for when the market opens that we can buy or sell. Like 30 minutes. Also I know we can't sell at certain prices directly, but I wish y'all had a function where if it's within this and this range sell this amount or buy. That way I don't have to watch the market every day hoping the stock gets within the price im trying to sell. I work nights, so I miss those opportunities I could have done it when it was within that price range.

Atrocious. Used to be such a great app, now it is useless. I logged in for the first time in a long time to check on things only to find out there's now a platform fee?! And I was NOT notified. And they've been taking it out of MY investments! I am canceling everything & closing my account. I can't even buy/sell shares from the app anymore. Hot garbage.
