Maxx – Data to the Maxx!

★★★★★ M1 Maxx App is so efficient, effective and productive to use. In fact, my personal opinion is M1 Maxx App is far better and impressive than its competitors. I urge others to try it too taking cost into consideration too. Absolutely amazing.

★★★★★ 1. So far so good at Tampines area where I stay. 2. During subscribe I can choose my lucky number that I like in within the new SIM number. 3. Free SIM card delivery. 4. Buy more save more, I've bought 6 months bundle $15 plan. 5. Reserve 1 ⭐ for I still thinking about what can be improve 😁

★★☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the service. I was not able to get any data after 2 days from inserting the new SIM into my phone. Called the hotline and was told that this is a pre-paid card which I told them I ported my number to Maxx and there isn't any indication that this is a pre-paid plan. The person on the line tried to give all sorts of reasons and finally said that he will get someone to call me, which obviously never happened. Luckily, I managed to get help from the internet and resolved it.

★★☆☆☆ Incompetent customer service. I had to change my credit card as my card was compromised but could not do so through the app. Called the helpline and instead, they proceeded to cancel my whole plan. Called again to ask why my plan was cancelled but was told that the plan would renew automatically with the new credit card. Obviously that didn't happen, and I had to rush to purchase a plan just before heading overseas. Planning to move out of m1 maxx once I get back.

★★☆☆☆ Lousy customers service. The data cannot use after successfully port in the existing number. And M1 Max can only inquire throught chat. It took me more than 2h to receive simple advice to call 1693, as they can't solve maxx problem on the app platform. During the 2 h, I was being force out of the chat few times. Every time I enter to the chat again, I have to queue from starting. Terrible service!
