I've been with M1 since 2022. I love the platform. The autorebalancing feature and the dynamic rebalancing is so underrated. Allowing you to stay on target allocation. This platform is not for day traders. It's designed around long-term investing. Keeping an asset allocation based on your risk tolerance is very important. M1 Finance allows you to stay within your allocation thus maintaining your intended risk levels. I've recommended over 10 users to this platform. Thank you and never change!

Atrocious. Used to be such a great app, now it is useless. I logged in for the first time in a long time to check on things only to find out there's now a platform fee?! And I was NOT notified. And they've been taking it out of MY investments! I am canceling everything & closing my account. I can't even buy/sell shares from the app anymore. Hot garbage.

Like others, I was using this as a set and forget kind of deal, and it was decent for a time until I recently logged in and found they started charging a service fee with no warning or notice or anything. I never received any communication saying they were implementing this. Deleting my account isn't easy either, I've started the process but as far as it seems I won't be able to actually delete anything? I can deactivate the account, but it's still there with my information?
