★★★★★ It's My French Bank not your Revolut that how I feel

★★★★★ I am happy with the service so manageable

★★★★★ Very informative, great visual layout, and gives a range of access to banking processes, allowing you to be in charge. Customer service is instant and knowledgeable. The downside, is that it takes several attempted to log in.

★★☆☆☆ Very Disappointing I opned an account but because I transferred money from my English bank account, which is not considered a European bank any more I didn't even receive my bank card. I am trying to close my account, but they can't even transfer me back the amount I have in their so-called bank. The chat in the app doesn't work! The emails I sent get the stupidest template answers ever and no one bothers to actually help and sort out things. Customer service in France is terrible.

★★☆☆☆ I hate the New updated application... the previous app was better ...this one is not practical at all Update: my French Bank doesn't care about its customers, very awful staff as I complained about their mediocre services the advicer told me oh you can change to another bank. And yes I will, I am changing to another bank account as soon as possible.
