This is the first time that I have used the app. It's easy, however, once you bid, the clock begins again at 1 minute. It allows others to bid again instead of allowing the bidding to cease. It's annoying.

Love Mac Bid, but this app has major glitches. The latest update made is so much worse. It is completely unusable at times. Scrolling is slow, certain interfaces freeze onscreen, sometimes it randomly shows me other locations items, it logs me frequently, when I instar items they come right back to my watch list, graphics are slow to appear, sometimes they never do, pictures take forever to load. Like I said, most of this is since the latest update. Update: As of 9/20/26 the app is now unusable.

"We don't open till noon". You could post this somewhere. They are not open until noon for non-members. I don't spend more money, so I can't even pick up an auction item I won. I'm a truck driver, only home a couple of days a week and I have to play this game on my way home. Not worth wasting time.

You don't pay what you won the bid for they charge hidden fees that they don't tell you. You can win an item, and then you end up paying 50% more than what your winning bid is. Majority of the items are not labeled correct from being used to missing parts. It is all BS don't use them! Customer service is a joke you need a response they won't answer emails and no one in the store is willing to help you. DO NOT USE!!!!!
