I have only been bidding on Mac bid for 6 months and I bid daily. With that said "I Love Mac bid" There products are almost always how they describe them to be! Very impressive prices compared to the price you'll pay for the retailer. They have a great return policy and your able to go before the auction to look at the items of interest. I purchase from to different locations that is in 2 different states and I don't have one complaint. And the staff are AMAZING!

Needs improvement! I've missed bidding on items cuz the alert notification is broken. I get notifications AFTER auctions are closed. I get notifications for saved searches despite turning OFF that "feature". Macbid or the app DOES NOT save payment info after sign up needing to re-enter CC info when purchasing. Max bid resets if another bid comes in causing to bid unintended value. Back action does not work when viewing an item, need to hit 'X'. Search does not return all items. Req Xfr broken.

They won't be as good as Nellis Auction until they either describe items better or not charge $7 to guarantee. At this point they don't accept returns when their items are not as advertised for free. They do allow you to inspect first, but who wants to have to search through their warehouse for every item you are bidding on just to make sure? Nellis brings it all to your car too. Mac Henderson is right by my house, so it's so convenient, but I've been burned multiple times already, unfortunately.
