NO STAR if I could. Nellis auction is so much better because they don't make you get "return insurance" "members only benefits (you have to pay) are you kidding me! Meaning you CAN'T return your damaged or defective items that clearly they don't show you in the pictures unless you open and inspect (w/o membership) you have to look for and load your own items, they'll charge you full price if you don't pick up instead of a $1 fee like NA does, only an email to cancel your account online, DONT BUYER

Mostly good, but sometimes the local warehouses in ohio remove listings after you start bidding. It happened twice on one particular item that I wanted and another time on a similar one. I feel like one of the managers removed the listing to erase my bids because I checked and nobody did the instant win. I was the winner when the auction was closed and that's unfair.
