I enjoy finding unique items through your platform, and my experience with staff has been great. However, I want to provide some feedback regarding current policies. I encountered an issue with a purchase and could not return the item without a status membership. Additionally, the $3.00 per-item charge on top of the 15% buyer’s premium is a deterrent; as a result, I limit my purchase. I believe that if MAC.BID adopted a model more similar to Nellis Auction, they could truly lead the industry.

NO STAR if I could. Nellis auction is so much better because they don't make you get "return insurance" "members only benefits (you have to pay) are you kidding me! Meaning you CAN'T return your damaged or defective items that clearly they don't show you in the pictures unless you open and inspect (w/o membership) you have to look for and load your own items, they'll charge you full price if you don't pick up instead of a $1 fee like NA does, only an email to cancel your account online, DONT BUYER

Scam. The company has categories for items they sell; Like New, Open Box, or Damaged. The last item I purchased was listed Like New. When I went to assemble it, I found that I was missing 2/3 of the pieces. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company and closing my account. It's too risky to do business with this company.

Mostly used, broken junk. The descriptions of the products say they've been reviewed and tested. Some of the descriptions reveal the products are damaged, but most do not. A protection plan is offered, which seems like a scam. My husband "won" a box of foam for tool boxes. The photo showed new, unused foam. When he opened the box each piece had already been cut. We didn't get the protection plan. Why would we? It was foam and there were pics. Most products we won are unusable.
