I've had the EM823 for several years, upgraded my phone and the Bluetooth feature stopped working. Contacted tech support, and they sent me a link from the app manufacturer, and it worked for about a week and then stopped picking up the BT signal again. Downgraded my phone recently and phone will pick up the BT signal and pair to the DMM but when you tap "connect" in the app, the app crashes. Mac is still advertising the Bluetooth feature for an extra $200 over the 700 series, but it doesn't work.

You Download stand then it says there's a bug on the app and won't open.
