Description

A circa 12 anni inizia il percorso di Giampaolo, quando nei ritagli di tempo tra impegni scolastici, quelli di accudire il bestiame dell’azienda del padre, e i momenti di svago tipici dei ragazzini di quella ètà, si recava nella macelleria del suo paese di origine, Serramanna, dove aiutava il macellaio alla lavorazione delle carni. Da subito emerse la passione e il talento di questo giovane ragazzo, tanto è vero che a soli 16 anni viene assunto a lavorare a tempo pieno nella macelleria. Col tempo imparò a conoscere i segreti del mestiere, con tanto sacrificio e con la grande umiltà che ancora lo contraddistingue, il suo sogno si avvera.

Nel 1998, forte dell’esperienza maturata, mette su la sua azienda.

L’azienda, oggi svolge la sua attività nel comune di Serrenti, dove opera da circa 20 anni e dove da sempre l’impostazione aziendale è quella di proporre ai suoi Clienti, esclusivamente carni fresche e di qualità altamente pregiate.

Oggi l’azienda, per stare al passo con i tempi, si è dotata di questo grande strumento la sua APP personalizzata, con lo scopo di stare sempre più vicino ai clienti per accontentarli nel migliore dei modi in ogni loro richiesta.
